The information you provide cannot be accessed or seen by the public online. Nanny candidates also cannot access the families’ information online. Your application, personality screen and questionnaire are only seen by employees of our agency. If you meet our qualifications and you and our agency both decide to move forward in placing you in a job, we will check your references, interview you in person, and then your information will be sent only to the families you choose to interview with in person. The public does not have access to the nanny information that you complete. We are not a part of care.com. We are a separate nanny agency. We do not charge the nannies any fee. We do not guarantee that you will meet our qualifications or that you will be the right fit for our agency or our jobs. We are highly selective, are looking for the best nannies with the best references, and carefully match the nannies to our particular jobs. We appreciate your taking the time to complete our information. We have been placing excellent nannies in San Diego for 16 years. Thank you!
